The Treble One team is handpicked, diverse in both
skills and personalities, and extremely effective,
be it working as a team or individually. At
Treble One we believe that we should be there ‘24/7’
for our client companies and we ensure this by
working under a team-based consulting model.
This provides not only a main point of contact to
our clients, but a combination of four intelligent
individuals who are all available to cover and look
out for the clients'
interests. Treble One’s clients are better served
by this model because they gain the background and
experience of four consultants instead of one. This
has proven to be extremely beneficial to Treble
One’s clients through the synergies and successes it
has delivered.

Before coming to the USA in 1992, Chris enjoyed 20
years of service in the Royal Air Force including
assignments in Germany, the Falkland Islands,
Scotland, Wales, and England. He worked across the
entire spectrum of aircraft engineering, from
front-line maintenance on a quick reaction alert
squadron, through gas turbine engine repair and
overhaul, to management and airworthiness
responsibilities of several fleets of aircraft
engines. His love for the US way of life and the
professional opportunities available came initially
from TDYs to the US in support of the RAF C-130
program. A 3 year assignment to Wright Patterson AFB
in 1992 provided the opportunity to retire from the
RAF and live and work permanently in the US. After 4
years of representing aerospace companies with ABDA
Inc., Chris founded Treble One LLC in 1999 and
continues to live the American dream of operating
his own company. Married for over 28 years and with
two, now adult, children, Chris finds time to play
golf and tennis, travel the world, and still visit
his children in other states.
Brian
Bullerman
Brian
Bullerman joined Treble One, LLC in February 2004.
Brian brought eight years of fresh and valuable
government acquisition experience to the company,
five of which were from Wright-Patterson AFB where
he gained experience building business case analyses
for weapon system modernization and cost reduction
programs. After graduating from the U.S. Air Force
Academy in 1996, Brian served an initial three year
tour in the Air Force at Los Angeles AFB as a
satellite test and production manager. He followed
this with a three-year assignment at
Wright-Patterson, working in the Propulsion Systems
Program Office on a variety of combat engine
modernization programs. He voluntarily separated
from the AF in June 2002 and continued working in
the Propulsion SPO as a consultant and program
manager before finding Treble One. Brian is an avid
golfer and a life-long Chicago Cubs fan. Highly
respected by his AF colleagues past and present,
Brian has been extremely successful in finding and
creating new business opportunities for his clients.
Rick Wade

Rick Wade joined Treble One in
October 2005 after 21 years as an Engineer Officer
in the United Kingdom’s Royal Air Force (RAF). His
last RAF appointment was as an engine health
management (EHM) research program manager in the
Propulsion Directorate (RZ) of the Air Force
Research Laboratory (AFRL) at Wright-Patterson Air
Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. Prior to his post at
Wright-Patterson, Rick held a wide range of RAF
appointments both overseas and in the UK. These
included flying base experience where he managed
operational and intermediate level aircraft and
engine maintenance; staff (program office) duties as
the engineering authority for the entire fleet of
engines in the Tornado aircraft; and responsibility
for developing the support strategy for the new
combat engine being introduced into RAF service for
the Eurofighter. Although not a golfer like his
colleagues, Rick has a wide range of interests that
includes making the most of the travel opportunities
the US offers. He is Treble One’s anchor, providing
analysis, research and technical support to the rest
of the Treble One team and our clients.
Hank Barnard

Hank Barnard joined the Treble
One team in April of 2006, bringing with him not
only a fresh and youthful vision but also two years
of on-site support experience with the Air Force. As
a government contractor, Hank was the program and
technical lead for creating and operating a
real-time gas turbine engine controls simulation
facility at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. At the
same time, he also served his company as a business
development representative for the East Coast. Hank
interned with Treble One while attending college at
the University of Dayton from where he graduated in
2004 with an Electronic Engineering degree. He
enjoys golfing and gives back to his community as a
passionate junior varsity basketball coach at his
Alma Mater High School. Hank has displayed a natural
ability for marketing and business development and
is extremely skilled at quickly forming trust and
relationships with others. Despite his short time at
Treble One, Hank has already demonstrated
considerable successes for the companies he
represents.
